OMPT-F generation 1: broad coverage at a moderate level
Generation 1 is the entry set in the OMPT-F line and the gentlest of the three. Its 21 questions are spread across all six chapters, from algebra up to differentiation, so a first run shows you which of them can carry the depth this test demands.
The whole generation 1 paper: 21 questions across all six OMPT-F chapters, 180 minutes if you time it, and a full solution for each. It is the lightest paper in the line without skipping any chapter. Recommended solving order: 1 → 2 → 3.
Who generation 1 is for
Start here if OMPT-F is your requirement and you have not worked at this level for a while. Note that there is no arithmetic chapter to warm up on. The paper opens at algebra and stays there, which surprises people who prepared using OMPT-A material.
How to work through generation 1
Take it untimed and finish every question, even the ones you have to look up. That is the point of this generation. OMPT-F is usually put at around 80 study hours, less than OMPT-D despite the similar format, because the range is narrower. Use this set to decide where those hours go.

OMPT-F comes in three generations and generation 1 is the first. They are independent papers on one syllabus. Each step up asks for more layers inside the same six chapters rather than for new material.
