OMPT-G is the science paper. Alongside the algebra and trigonometry it carries a mechanics chapter and a chemistry chapter, which no other test in the series does. Generation 3 is the top set and the nearest thing to the real exam, with 26 questions over 180 minutes and physics items that expect you to keep units straight while the algebra gets messy.

Who generation 3 is for
Sit it when your exam is near and the mechanics and chemistry material is already in place. Candidates who are strong in maths but rusty in physics tend to score worst here, because the maths is only the second half of each of those questions.
How to work through generation 3
Three hours, one sitting, and write out your working for the physics and chemistry questions properly rather than in your head. When you review, check the setup line of each one first. On OMPT-G most lost marks come from a wrong starting equation, not a wrong calculation.

No PDF. OMPT-G generation 3 is taken in your Exam.ify account with the 180 minutes timed. The physics questions are where people lose time, and a timed run is the only way to see that happen.
How hard is generation 3 of the OMPT-G practice test?
Generation 3 is the hardest OMPT-G set and the one matched to real exam level. What makes it hard is the mix: a question can require a trigonometric identity, a force diagram and a unit conversion before it yields a number. Generations 1 and 2 keep those elements more separate.
